Re: 2024 Windsurfer
Equipment selection – Invitation to tender
Following the decision from Council to approve the
Board recommendation (as presented in the attached) World Sailing is now seeking
tenders for equipment to be selected for the Men and Women Windsurfing events,
starting at the 2024 Olympic Sailing Competition.
The attached document (also found here),
contains the criteria approved by both the Events and Equipment Committees and
serves as invitation to tender in the process. Following this invitation to
tender and the request for information, the Working Party will shortlist
tenders to participate in the sea trials. Following the sea trials the Working
Party will publish a recommendation.
Further details of the process are described in the
attached.
We look forward to communicating soon the sea trials
dates and venue to arrange the selection of windsurfers and keeping you updated
and informed along the process.
